We have so much to report! First, S turned 22 last week, so we had not 1 but 2 parties for him! A conventional party on Friday the 13th themed black, white and red--that means all the guests, decorations and food were one of these three colors! And on Monday we had a barbeque on the TA commons. There was dancing at both. And music of subjective value.
And on Friday the 20th I turned in my thesis! It's entitled "From 'Epic' to 'Epic Win': A history of role-playing from oral to digital." We watched Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring to celebrate, and my leetel brothaer Kevie came over to hang out with us kooky college kids!
But the BEST news of all is still yet to come: As of yesterday, TA37 finally has PEANUT BUTTER AGAIN. It's amazing.
Actually, false. The best, BEST news is that the lovely and talented Sarah King made us homemade BREAD! That is delicious! So this morning for breakfast I had bread and peanut butter and it was sublime.
Now Grace, Jo and I are busy doing homework so that we can feel less guilty about watching a movie later. They're singin' our song, baby.
Ooooh yeahhhh.
